- PSA Birth Certificate
- Diploma (High School or College)
- Photocopy of Valid ID

Enrollment Procedure (TWSP Scholars)
- Fill out the Registration Form (MIS 03-01 - ver. 2021)
- Submit admission requirements
- Create account in TESDA BSRS website (https://bsrs.tesda.gov.ph/)
- In BSRS, click ENROLL TO A PROGRAM, then enroll to the program offering available under United Christian Academy College of Asia list of qualifications.
